From start to finish, I felt valued as both a customer and as a human being. There was an issue with the finance company who I was going to use, that I honestly thought was going to prevent me from being able to purchase the vehicle; but the team was there to help and helped me to get in contact with another finance company that assisted me in completing the purchase. They worked all hours and kept me in the loop throughout making the whole transaction and interaction feel comfortable. I highly recommend Motodan as a great place to purchase from, especially with the circumstances currently in place due to coronavirus.

Buying a car during a lockdown isn’t the easiest of things, however Motodan were extremely helpful. My particular salesman was really friendly but most importantly kept me up to date with each stage of the process. From putting down the deposit to delivery, with an MOT in between, it was a pretty swift process (3 days in total). Couldn’t fault the service I received.

Perfect car buying experience

I found the car on autotrader and within 2.5 hours it was on my drive, much to the surprise of my husband! I called the dealer and spoke to S****, the car seemed a bargain and was fortunately local so I went straight there with my daughters. He met us and nothing was too much trouble despite me being a bit picky and anal about certain things! We took the car for a test drive and my daughter was sold, she was in love! There was no pressure to purchase but we did there and then. S**** taxed it for us, arranged the warranty, gave me a copy of the AA report and dealt with all of the paperwork very efficiently. He has followed up since as well to make sure everything is OK with the car. I honestly can't fault the experience and I have a very happy daughter, so thank you S**** and Motodan!

Exceptional Customer Care.

Absolutely brilliant - First let me say as a woman I felt very nervous and intimidated, but after today I have been given 100% confidence by these guys. I called several times and even though I was a bit annoying the guy on phone the was ultra patient. When I got there the salesman was even more pleasant as there were so many choices for me to choose from but even with other customers waiting he helped me so much. He took me around all the cars I was interested in, compared the difference and helped me make an informed choice, I didn't feel pressured neither was I rushed. I've never felt as comfortable spending this much money before but I must say the sales adviser made it very easy for me. The car was in great condition and everything works. I would definitely recommend to anyone. One of the best experiences in my life.

My Best experience with an independent dealer

I have bought many cars in my time and have visited many dealers but I can safely say this has been my best experience I've had from an independent dealer. Fantastic customer service and the support we got was exceptional. The salesman was very supportive and patient it gave me absolute confidence and trust.
